RELAXATION

This session is designed to build on the previous breath Super Power by layering in relaxation into your meditation practice.  This is a critical skill set because it strengthens your ability to calm your nervous system so you can create space for responses that tap into your highest potential.  This lesson will teach you the importance of this progression while also showing you how to use it in your practice and day-to-day interactions.
